Prices dipped a little in both ZIPs

The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. house prices rose 2.4% from August 2025 to August 2026. Port Orchard did not follow that trend. The Real Estate Data Aggregator showed the median sale price in 98366 was $494,412, down 1.2% from a year ago. In 98367 it was $626,390, down 3.6%. Prices dipped a little in both ZIPs, even as national prices climbed.
